Emma is a young college student looking forward to her first year away from home. Plagued with visions and voices her whole life, she’s been diagnosed a schizophrenic. However, once arriving at Camden College, even her medications can’t stop the deranged ghost who begins to haunt her. Joining a group of friends Emma journeys into an abandoned asylum on campus; there, her friends accidentally shatter canisters holding the remains of former mental patients. Inhaling the dusty ash filling the air, they’re soon possessed by the souls once held within them. In a stunning twist, one of those souls is the ghost that’s been haunting Emma–and he’s a convicted serial killer from 1959. As people start dying horribly on campus, Emma is forced to face her worst fear, when she discovers that her ghost may actually be real.
